After the 30-day trial, if you decide to continue as an FMLS Appraiser member, the ongoing monthly fee is only $150. That includes DataMaster, CE training classes, and the entire suite of FMLS tools & data. WebFMLS charges a $250 application fee to all 3rd party vendors requesting data access. FMLS waives this fee for any member brokerage requesting access to the FMLS Licensed Content for use in their own brokerage products.
