If you don't know what this does, it increases performance in CAS/CASt/Build/Buy and even Live mode in some occasions. For me personally, it speeded up the live environment as well, especially speed 3 is super fast for me. Anyway here is a link:

If you're trying to use mods that are just patch level 1.69 that may make them not work due to having an incompatible mod. All the Nraas mods we have are patch level 1.67-1.69.
